Chocolate Pudding Cake Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 1 package of chocolate cake mix
* 1 package of instant chocolate pudding mix
* 2 cups of sour cream
* 4 eggs
* 1 cup of water
* 3/4 cup of canola oil
* 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
* Whipped cream or ice cream, optional
Preparation steps:
* In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased crockpot.
* Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs. Serve in bowls with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.

Creamy Seafood Dip Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 1 package of pepper jack cheese, shredded (approximately 8 ounces)
* 1 can of lump crab meat, drained
* 1 pound of cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
* 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, divided
* 1 round sourdough bread loaf (about 1 pound)
Preparation steps:
* Place cheese into crockpot on high heat setting. Add crab, shrimp and 3/4 cup of cream. Stir well to combine. Cover; cook for 15 minutes.
* Cut off top of bread and hollow out to create bowl. Cut extra bread into large pieces. Place bread bowl on serving plate. Place extra bread around bowl.
* Stir in 1/4 cup of additional cream.
* To serve, pour into bread bowl.

* 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
* 1 cup of diced white onion

* 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
* 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
* 2 tablespoons of sugar
* 1 pound of lump blue crabmeat.
* 1 1/2 teaspoons of kosher salt
* 1/2 teaspoon of cracked black pepper
* 1/3 cup of minced fresh basil
* 2 baguettes, sliced and toasted
Preparation steps:
* Combine tomatoes, garlic, onion, oil, vinegar, oregano and sugar into crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.

* 1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup of sugar
* 2 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped
* 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
* 1 cup of chocolate milk
* 1/2 cup of butter, melted
* 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
Topping:
* 1 1/4 cups of coke
* 1/2 cup of sugar
* 1/2 cup of packed brown sugar
* 2 oz. semisweet chocolate, chopped
* 1/4 cup of dark rum
* Vanilla ice cream and maraschino cherries, optional
Preparation steps:
* In a small saucepan, bring coke and dried cherries to a boil. Remove from heat; let stand for 30 minutes.
* In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, chocolate, baking powder and salt. Combine the chocolate milk, butter and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in cherry mixture. Pour into crockpot coated with cooking spray.

* 1/4 cup of chopped celery

Creole Fish and Corn Stew Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 2 tablespoons of olive oil
* 1 onion, finely chopped
* 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
* 3 celery stalks, finely chopped
* 3 carrots, peeled and finely chopped
* 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
* few sprigs of thyme, leaves only
* 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (use a little less if you don't like really spicy foods)
* 1 can of creamed corn
* 1 can of regular corn, drained
* 2 cups of hot vegetable stock
* salt and freshly ground pepper
* 2 potatoes, peeled and diced into bite-size pieces
* 7 ounces of precooked shrimp, chopped
* 10 ounces of white fish such as catfish or cod, skinned and cut into chunky pieces
Preparation steps:
* Heat the oil in a skillet, add the onion, and cook for 4 minutes. Then stir in the garlic, celery, and carrot and cook over low heat for 5 more minutes.
* Stir in the herbs and cayenne pepper, then add both the cans of corn. Transfer everything to the crockpot, pour in the stock, season with salt and pepper, and then add the potatoes.

* 2 tablespoons of ranch dip mix
* 3 cups of frozen cut green beans
* 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
* 1 jar of beef gravy
* 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
* 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
Preparation steps:
* In crockpot, combine potatoes and corn. Sprinkle both sides of the roast with ranch dip mix. Place roast on top of vegetables in crockpot. Top meat with green beans and onion slices.
* In a small bowl, stir together gravy and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over roast and vegetables in crockpot. Sprinkle bacon over top.
* Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
* Transfer roast to cutting board; let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with vegetables and enjoy.

Black Olive and Mushroom Penne Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients Needed:
* 1 box of dried penne pasta (16 ounce box)
* 2 packages of sliced fresh brown mushrooms (8 ounces each)
* 1 can of medium pitted black olives, drained
* 2 cups of evaporated milk
* 2 cups of chicken broth
* 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
* 1 packet four-cheese sauce mix (1/5 ounce)
* 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
* Canola oil cooking spray
* Salt and Pepper
Preparation Steps:
* Coat your crockpot with cooking spray. Place mushrooms and olives in crockpot. In a large bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, chicken broth, mushroom soup, sauce mix, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste until combined. Pour into crockpot.
* Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. During last 40 minutes of cooking time, stir in pasta.
