Mexican Chicken Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 2 to 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 medium onion, sliced
* 1 can of cream of chicken soup, undiluted
* 1 can of Mexican-style diced tomatoes with mild green chiles
* 1 package of pasteurized process cheese product, cubed
* Hot cooked spaghetti
Preparation steps:
* Place chicken, onion, soup and tomatoes into crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
* Break up chicken into pieces. Add cheese product. Cover; cook on High for 10 minutes or until cheese product is melted.
* Serve over spaghetti.
