Ingredients needed:
* 3 packages of frozen spinach, thawed
* 1 onion, chopped
* 4 teaspoons of minced garlic
* 2 tablespoons of curry powder
* 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
* 1/4 cup of chicken broth
* 1/4 cup of heavy cream
* 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
* Lemon slices, optional
Preparation steps:
* Combine spinach, onion, garlic, curry powder, butter and broth into crockpot.
* Cover and cook on low for 3 1/2 hours or on high for 2 hours.
* Stir in cream and lemon juice during last 30 minutes of cooking time.
* Garnish with lemon slices.
