Ingredients needed:
* 6 carrots, cut into 2 inch pieces
* 3 medium sweet potatoes, quartered
* 1 to 1/2 pounds of boneless ham
* 1 cup of maple syrup
Preparation steps:
* Arrange carrots and potatoes in bottom of crockpot.
* Place ham on top of vegetables. Pour syrup over all.
* Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
