Ingredients needed:
* 1 package of frozen mixed vegetables
* 3/4 lb. boneless, skinless turkey breast, cut into 1/2" strips
* 1 package of turkey or chicken gravy
* 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
* 2 cups of refrigerated mashed potatoes, warmed
Preparation steps:
* Place vegetables into crockpot coated with cooking spray.
* Top with turkey.
* Stir together gravy and thyme in medium bowl.
* Pour over turkey.
* Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
* Transfer turkey mixture to serving dish and spoon warm mashed potatoes on top.
