Chicken and Biscuit Pot Pie Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients needed:

* 1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
* 1/2 cup of chopped onion
* 1/2 teaspoon of poultry seasoning
* 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme leaves
* 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
* 1 jar of chicken gravy
* 2 medium stalks of celery, cut into 1/2 inch slices
* 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables (approximately 1 lb)
* 6 large frozen flaky biscuits

Preparation steps:

* Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place chicken in crockpot. Top with onion, poultry seasoning, thyme, pepper, gravy and celery.
* Cover; cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
* Gently stir frozen vegetables into chicken mixture. Increase heat to high. Cover and cook for 30 minutes longer.
* Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake biscuits as directed on bag.
* Split biscuits. Spoon about 1 cup chicken mixture on bottom half of each biscuit; top with remaining halves.

Serve and enjoy.
