Ingredients needed:
* 2 cups of honey
* 1 cup of soy sauce
* 1/2 cup of ketchup
* 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
* 2 cloves of garlic, minced
* 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* Salt and Pepper
* Sesame seeds, optional
Preparation steps:
* Combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, oil and garlic in crockpot; stir to blend. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
* Place into crockpot
* Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 3 1/2 hours.
* Serve with extra sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
