Ingredients needed:
* 1 lb. beef round tip roast or round steak, cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch cubes
* 2 cloves of garlic, minced
* Black pepper
* 1 can of condensed French onion soup, undiluted
* 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
* Hot cooked rice or noodles
Preparation steps:
* Season beef with garlic and pepper. Place beef into crockpot.
* Pour soups over beef.
* Cover and cook on low for 9 hours.
* Serve over rice or noodles.
