Curry Mustard Glazed Meatballs Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 1 jar of pineapple preserves (approximately 12 oz)
* 1 jar of Dijon mustard (approximately 8 oz)
* 1 can of pineapple tidbits in juice, undrained
* 1/2 cup of packed dark brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon of curry powder
* 2 1/2 pounds of frozen cooked Italian-style meatballs (about 80 meatballs)
Preparation steps:
* In small saucepan, mix all ingredients except meatballs. Heat to boiling.
* Place meatballs into crockpot. Stir in mixture from step 1.
* Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Stir well after 2 hours.
* Just before serving, stir again to coat meatballs with sauce.
