Ingredients needed:
* 2 small sweet potatoes (about 3/4 pound), peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces.
* 1 package of frozen corn (10 ounces)
* 1 package of frozen cut green beans (9 ounces)
* 1 cup of chopped onion
* 1 1/4 pounds pork stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
* 1 can of diced tomatoes, undrained
* 1/4 cup of water
* 1 to 2 tablespoons of chili powder
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
Preparation steps:
* Place potatoes, corn, green beans and onion into crockpot. Top with pork.
* Combine tomatoes with juice, water, chili powder, salt and coriander in medium bowl. Pour over pork.
* Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
