Kielbasa and cabbage crockpot recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 1 1/2 lb. head green cabbage, shredded
* 2 medium onions, chopped
* 3 medium red potatoes, peeled and cubed
* 1 red bell pepper, chopped
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 2/3 cup dry white wine
* 1 1/2 lbs Polish kielbasa, cut into 3 inch long pieces
* 28 oz can of cut up tomatoes with juice
* 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
* 3/4 teaspoon caraway seeds
* 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
* 3/4 teaspoon of salt
Preparation needed:
* Combine all ingredients into crockpot
* Cover and cook on low for 7 1/2 hours. Cabbage should be tender

Polish sausage stew crockpot recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 1 can of cream of celery soup
* 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
* 27 oz can sauerkraut, drained
* 1 1/2 pounds of Polish sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces and browned
* 4 medium potatoes, cubed
* 1 cup of chopped onions
* 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation steps:
* Combine soup, sauerkraut and sugar. Stir in sausage, onions and potatoes.
* Cover. Cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours
* Stir in cheese and serve

Sweet red bell pepper soup crockpot recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 8 large red bell peppers
* 2 tablespoons of olive oil
* 1 large onion, thinly sliced
* 3 large cloves of minced garlic
* 1 teaspoon of black pepper
* 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
* 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
* 2 teaspoons of sugar
* 1 1/2 tablespoon of fresh thyme
Preparation steps:
* Cut peppers in half and remove stem and seeds; quarter. Pour oil into crockpot. Add peppers, onion, garlic, black pepper and oregano; stir gently to combine. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Bell peppers should be very tender. Stir halfway through cooking.
* Blend bell peppers until smooth using an immersion blender directly in crockpot or transfer in batches to a counter-top blender. Stir in balsamic vinegar and sugar. To serve, top each bowl with fresh thyme.

Asian pork with noodles crockpot recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 2 cans of reduced sodium chicken broth
* 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
* 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
* 2 tablespoons of honey
* 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh ginger
* 1 pound of pork tenderloin
* 1 pound baby bok choy, cliced
* 1 cup sliced fresh shiitake mushrooms
* 8 ounces rice noodles, uncooked
* 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Preparation needed:
* Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, vinegar, hoisin, garlic, ginger and honey in crockpot. Stir well to combine. Place pork tenderloin in crockpot; cover and cook on low for 6 hours
* Remove pork from crockpot. Add bok choy, mushrooms, and noodles to crockpot, making sure that noodles are submerged in liquid; cook 20 to 30 minutes
* When pork is cool enough to handle, shred with forks. Return shredded pork to crockpot; stir well to combine and rewarm
* To serve, divide pork, vegetables and noodles among bowls, pour in 1/2 cup of broth. Sprinkle each serving with peanuts

Bean tator tot casserole in crockpot
Ingredients needed:
* 1 pound of ground beef
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
* 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
* 1 onion, finely chopped
* 1 lb bag frozen string beans
* Can of cream of mushroom soup
* 1 cup of shredded cheese
* 21 oz bag of frozen tator tots
Preparation needed:
* Crumble raw ground beef into bottom of the crockpot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
* Layer remaining ingredients on beef in order listed.
* Cover. Cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook for 3 more hours

Meatloaf crockpot recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 2 1/2 pounds of ground beef
* half of an 8 oz jar of salsa
* 1 package dry taco seasoning, divided
* 1 egg, slightly beaten
* 1 cup bread crumbs
* 12-ounce package of shredded Meximan-mix cheese
* 2 teaspoons of salt
* 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Preparation needed:
* Combine all ingredients, except half of taco seasoning. Mix well. Shape into loaf and place into crockpot. Sprinkle with remaining taco seasoning.
* Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
This makes for an awesome meatloaf dinner. Just add your side and vegetable.
