Easy Beef Burrito Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 1 boneless beef chuck roast (2 to 3 lbs.)
* 1 can of enchilada sauce (28 ounces)
* 2 to 3 tablespoons of water, optional
* 4 flour tortillas (8-inch)
Preparation steps:
* Place roast into crockpot; cover with enchilada sauce. Add water, if desired.
* Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
* Remove beef to cutting board; shred with two forks.
* Serve in tortillas.
Some awesome toppings to consider are shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, lettuce and tomatoes.
