Black Olive and Mushroom Penne Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients Needed:

* 1 box of dried penne pasta (16 ounce box)
* 2 packages of sliced fresh brown mushrooms (8 ounces each)
* 1 can of medium pitted black olives, drained
* 2 cups of evaporated milk
* 2 cups of chicken broth
* 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
* 1 packet four-cheese sauce mix (1/5 ounce)
* 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
* Canola oil cooking spray
* Salt and Pepper

Preparation Steps:

* Coat your crockpot with cooking spray. Place mushrooms and olives in crockpot. In a large bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, chicken broth, mushroom soup, sauce mix, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste until combined. Pour into crockpot.
* Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. During last 40 minutes of cooking time, stir in pasta.
(to add more taste, sprinkle with parmesan)
