Welsh Rarebit Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients needed:

* 12- oz can of beer
* 1 tablespoon of dry mustard
* 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
* 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
* 1 lb. American cheese, cubed
* 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
* English muffins or toast
* tomato slices
* bacon, cooked until crisp
* Fresh steamed asparagus spears

Preparation steps:

* In crockpot, combine beer, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
* Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours, until mixture boils.
* Add cheese, a little at a time, stirring constantly until all the cheese melts.
* Heat on high for 30 minutes with cover off, stirring frequently.
* Serve over toasted English muffins or over toasted bread cut into triangles. Garnish with tomato slices, strips of crisp bacon and steamed asparagus spears.
