Spinach Cornbread Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients needed:

* 2 boxes of corn bread mix (8 1/2 ounces each)
* 1 box of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
* 1 cup of crumbled Gorgonzola
* 3 eggs
* 1/2 cup of cream
* 1 teaspoon of black pepper
* Paprika (optional)

Preparation steps:

* Coat inside of crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Combine corn bread mix, spinach, cheese, eggs, cream and pepper into crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours.
* Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Turn off heat. Let bread cool completely before inverting onto large serving platter.

(makes 1 loaf)
