Chicken and Stuffing Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients needed:

* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* Salt and pepper
* 4 slices of Swiss cheese
* 2 cans of cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup, undiluted (10 oz. each)
* 1 can of chicken broth (14 ounces)
* 3 cups of packages stuffing mix
* 1/2 cup of butter, melted (1 stick)

Preparation steps:

* Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken into crockpot. Top each chicken breast with cheese slice. Pour in soup and broth.
* Sprinkle stuffing mix over top; pour melted butter over all in crockpot.
* Cover and cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 3 1/2 hours.

(Serves 4)
