Continental Chicken Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients needed:

* 1 package of dried beef, cut into pieces (2 1/4 ounces)
* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb.)
* 4 slices of bacon
* 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
* 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup of sour cream
* Hot cooked fettuccine, optional

Preparation steps:

* Coat inside of crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Place dried beef in bottom. Wrap each chicken breast with 1 bacon slice. Place wrapped chicken on top of dried beef.
* Combine soup and flour in medium bowl; stir until smooth. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 7 1/2 hours or on high for 3 1/2 hours. Remove chicken to large plate using slotted spoon; keep warm.
* Place sour cream in small bowl; stir in a few tablespoons of cooking liquid from crockpot. Stir sour cream mixture into remaining cooking liquid. Cover; cook on high for 15 minutes or until thickened. Serve chicken and sauce over fettuccine, if desired.
