Fruit Salsa Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
* 4 teaspoons of white vinegar
* 1 can of mandarin oranges, undrained (11 oz.)
* 1 can of sliced peaches, undrained (8 1/2 oz.)
* 3/4 cup of pineapple tidbits
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 1/2 each medium green, sweet red and yellow peppers, chopped
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* Tortilla chips

Preparation steps:

* In a small crockpot (3 quart), combine cornstarch and vinegar until smooth. Stir in the fruits, onion, peppers and garlic.
* Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours or until thickened and heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips.
