Ingredients needed:
* 3-4 lb. boneless beef, or short ribs
* 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce, divided
* 1/2 cup apricot, or pineapple, jam
* 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Preparation steps:
* Place ribs in baking plan.
* Combine 3/4 cup of barbecue sauce, jam, and soy sauce. Pour over ribs. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes to brown.
* Take out of the oven. Layer beef and sauce used in oven in crockpot.
* Cover. Cook on low for 8 hours.
* Mix remaining 3/4 cup of barbecue sauce with sauce from crockpot. Pour over ribs and serve.
