Ranch Beef Roast with Corn Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 1 pound of Yukon gold potatoes (cut potatoes in half)
* 6 mini ears of corn on the cob
* 3 pound boneless beef chuck roast
* 2 tablespoons of ranch dip mix
* 3 cups of frozen cut green beans
* 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
* 1 jar of beef gravy
* 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
* 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon

Preparation steps:

* In crockpot, combine potatoes and corn. Sprinkle both sides of the roast with ranch dip mix. Place roast on top of vegetables in crockpot. Top meat with green beans and onion slices.
* In a small bowl, stir together gravy and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over roast and vegetables in crockpot. Sprinkle bacon over top.
* Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
* Transfer roast to cutting board; let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with vegetables and enjoy.
