Roasted Pepper and Artichoke Spread Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
* 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
* 8-oz package of cream cheese, softened
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 14-oz can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped finely
* 1/3 cup of finely roasted red bell peppers (from jar)

Preparations steps:

* Combine parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and garlic in food processor. Process until smooth. Place mixture in crockpot.
* Add artichoke hearts and red bell pepper. Stir well.
* Cover and cook on low for 1 hour. Stir again.
* Use as a spread for crackers, cut up fresh vegetables, or snack-bread slices.
