Country Pork Chop Dinner Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 6 boneless pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
* 2 jars of pork gravy
* 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
* 2 tablespoons of ketchup
* 1 tablespoon of minced chives
* 1 teaspoon of pepper
* 1 teaspoon of reduced-sodium soy sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt
* 3 medium sized potatoes, peeled and quartered
* 1 package of frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation steps:
* Place pork chops in a greased crockpot. In a large bowl, combine the gravy, soup, ketchup, chives, pepper, soy sauce and seasoned salt; Pour over the pork.
* Stir in potatoes; cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. Stir in vegetables and cook 1 hour longer.
