Beefy Cheesy Ravioli Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 2 jars of pasta sauce with meat (26 ounce jars)
* 1 can of diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano
* 1 can of condensed Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
* 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic
* 1 bag of frozen beef ravioli, not thawed (25 ounce bag)
* 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
* 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
* Canola oil cooking spray
Preparation steps:
* Coat your crockpot with cooking spray. In a large bowl, stir together pasta sauce, tomatoes, cheese soup, and garlic until combined. Spoon 1/3 of the sauce into crockpot; top with 1/3 of the ravioli. Sprinkle 1/2 cup each of the parmesan and mozzarella cheese over ravioli. Repeat layers 2 more times.
* Cover and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.

I made this last night, and my husband and I love it! I had to work though, so I cooked it on low for 8 hours and it still turned out great. Thanks for posting.

ReplyDeleteAlso, that's the wonderful thing about crockpots. You can have a little longer cooking time and things don't burn easily.
