Crab Dip Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 1 package of cream cheese, softened
* 2 green onions, chopped
* 1/4 cup of chopped sweet red pepper
* 2 tablespoons of minced fresh parsley
* 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
* 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
* 1/4 teaspoon of salt
* 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
* 2 cans (6 oz. each) of lump crabmeat, drained
* 2 tablespoons of capers, drained
* A little hot pepper sauce
* Assorted crackers
Preparation steps:
* In small crockpot, combine the first nine ingredients; stir in crab.
* Cover and cook on low for 1 to 2 hours. Stir in capers and pepper sauce; cook 30 minutes longer to allow flavors to blend. Serve with crackers.
