Turkey Pot Pie Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients needed:

* 3 cups of chopped cooked turkey
* 1 cup of cooked green beans or frozen cut green beans
* 1 cup of cooked corn or frozen whole kernel corn
* 1 cup of frozen small whole onions
* 1 cup of thinly sliced carrots (2 medium)
* 1/2 cup of thinly sliced celery (1 stalk)
* 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, crushed
* 2 cups of turkey gravy
* 2 tablespoons of quick-cooking tapioca, crushed
* 6 biscuits, dinner rolls, or croissants, warmed and split

Preparation steps:

* In crockpot, combine turkey, green beans, corn, onions, carrots, celery and thyme.
* In a small bowl, combine gravy and tapioca. Pour gravy mixture over mixture in crockpot; stir to combine.
* Cover and cook on low for 4 1/2 hours or on high for 2 1/2 hours.
* Spoon turkey mixture into bowls and place a warm biscuit on top.

(Serves 6)
