Creamy Mushroom, Ham & Potatoes Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
* 1/2 cup of 2% milk
* 1 tablespoon of dried parsley flakes
* 6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 1 1/2 cups of cubed fully cooked ham
* 6 slices of American cheese

Preparation steps:

* In a small bowl, combine the soup, milk and parsley.
* In a greased crockpot; layer half of the potatoes, onion, ham, cheese and soup mixture. Repeat layers.
* Cover and cook on low for 4 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender.
