Turkey Vegetable Chili Mac Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* Nonstick cooking spray
* 3/4 pound ground turkey
* 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained (15 ounces)
* 1 can of Mexican-style diced tomatoes (14 ounces)
* 1 can of diced tomatoes (14 ounces)
* 1 cup of frozen corn
* 1/2 cup of chopped onion
* 2 cloves of garlic, minced
* 1 teaspoon of Mexican seasoning
* 1/2 cup of uncooked elbow macaroni
* 1/3 cup of sour cream

Preparation steps:

* Spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add turkey; cook and stir 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove to crockpot. Add beans, tomatoes, corn, onion, garlic and seasoning. Cover and cook on low for 4 1/2 hours.
* Stir in macaroni. Turn crockpot to high. Cover and cook on high for 10 minutes. Stir. Cover and cook on high for another 25 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

Serve with sour cream and enjoy.
