Chinese Cashew Chicken Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients needed:

* 1 can of beans sprouts, drained
* 2 cups of sliced cooked chicken
* 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
* 1 cup of sliced celery
* 1/2 cup of chopped green onions with tops
* 1 can of sliced mushrooms, drained
* 3 tablespoons of butter
* 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
* 1 cup of whole cashews
* Hot cooked rice

Preparation steps:

* Combine bean sprouts, chicken, soup, celery, onions, mushrooms, butter and soy sauce into crockpot. Mix well.
* Cover and cook on low for 5 hours. You can also cook on high for 2 1/2 hours for faster cooking time.
* Stir in cashews just before serving. Serve over rice and enjoy.
