Philly Cheesesteak Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients needed:

* 2 pounds of round steak, sliced
* 4 onions, sliced
* 2 green bell peppers, sliced
* 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, melted
* 1 tablespoon of garlic-pepper blend
* 1/2 cup of water
* 2 teaspoons of beef bouillon granules
* 8 crusty Italian rolls
* 8 slices of Cheddar cheese, cut in half
* Salt and pepper for taste

* Preparation steps:

* Combine steak, butter, onions, bell peppers, garlic pepper blend, salt and pepper into crockpot. Stir to mix.
* Stir together water and bouillon in small bowl; pour into crockpot.
* Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
* Remove meat, onions and bell peppers from the crockpot.
* Put cheese into bowl and melt in microwave for about 30 seconds or until slightly melted.
* Pile onto the rolls and top the beef with cheese.
