Peach Cobbler Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 2 packages of frozen peaches, thawed and drained (approximately 16 ounce packages)
* 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon of sugar, divided
* 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, divided
* 1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
* 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour
* 6 tablespoons of butter, cut into small pieces
* Whipped cream, optional

Preparation steps:

* Combine peaches, 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon and nutmeg in a medium-sized bowl. Transfer to crockpot.
* For topping, combine flour, remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon in a small bowl. Cut in butter with 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over peach mixture.
* Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
* Serve with whipped cream if desired.
