
Ingredients needed:
* 1 1/2 pounds of boneless beef chuck roast (about 1 1/2 inches thick), sliced into thin strips
* 1 can of condensed beef consommé, undiluted
* 1/2 cup of oyster sauce
* 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
* 1 bag of fresh broccoli florets (16 ounces)
* Hot cooked rice
* Sesame seeds, optional
Preparation steps:
* Place beef into crockpot. Pour consommé and oyster sauce over beef.
* Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
* Stir 2 tablespoons cooking liquid into cornstarch in small bowl until smooth. Whisk into crockpot until smooth. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes or until thickened.
* Cook broccoli according to package directions. Add to crockpot; toss gently to mix.
* Serve with rice and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
