Tuna Casserole Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 2 cans of tuna, drained and flaked (12 ounces each)
* 3 cups of diced celery
* 3 cups of crushed potato chips, divided
* 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
* 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
* 1 can of condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
* 1 cup of mayonnaise
* 1 teaspoon of dried tarragon
* 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Preparation steps:
* Combine tuna, celery, 2 1/2 cups potato chips, eggs, soups, mayonnaise, tarragon and pepper into crockpot; stir well.
* Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
* Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup potato chips before serving.
