Parmesan Potato Wedges Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 2 pounds of red potatoes, unpeeled and cut into 1/2-inch wedges
* 1/4 cup of chopped yellow onion
* 1 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
* 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
* 2 tablespoons of butter, cubed
* 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation steps:

* Layer potatoes, onion, oregano, salt and pepper into crockpot; dot with butter.
* Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
* Remove potatoes to large serving platter and sprinkle with cheese.
