Collard Greens Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 4 bunches collard greens, stemmed, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
* 2 cups of water
* 1/2 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
* 1/3 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips
* 1/4 cup of olive oil
* 1/4 teaspoon of salt
* 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Preparation steps:
* Combine collard greens, water, bell peppers, oil, salt and black pepper into crockpot.
* Cover and cook on low for 3 1/2 hours or on high for 2 hours.
