Ingredients needed:
* 3 pounds of tiny new potatoes, halved
* 8 cloves of garlic, peeled
* 2 tablespoons of olive oil
* 1 tablespoon of snipped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary, crushed
* 1/2 teaspoon of salt
* 1/2 teaspoon of coarse ground black pepper
Preparation steps:
* In a large bowl, combine potatoes and garlic. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
* Transfer potato mixture to crockpot.
* Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or until potatoes are tender.
