Potato Casserole Crockpot Recipe
Ingredients needed:
* 1 can of cream of chicken soup, undiluted
* 1 container of sour cream (8 ounces)
* 1/4 cup of chopped onion
* 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons melted butter, divided
* 1 teaspoon of salt
* 2 pounds red potatoes, peeled and diced
* 2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese
* 1 1/2 to 2 cups of stuffing mix
Preparation steps:
* Combine soup, sour cream, onion, 1/4 cup butter and salt into a small bowl.
* Combine potatoes and cheese into crockpot. Pour soup mixture over potato mixture; mix well.
* Sprinkle stuffing mix over potato mixture; drizzle with remaining 3 tablespoons of butter.
* Cover and cook on low for 9 hours or on high for 5 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
