Creamy Seafood Chowder Crockpot Recipe



Ingredients needed:

* 1 quart of half-and-half
* 2 cans of whole white potatoes, drained and cubed (about 14 ounces each)
* 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, undiluted (10 1/2 ounces each)
* 1 bag of frozen hash brown potatoes
* 1 medium onion, minced
* 1/2 cup of butter, cubed (1 stick)
* 1 teaspoon of salt
* 1 teaspoon of black pepper
* 5 cans of whole oysters, rinsed and drained (about 8 ounces each)
* 2 cans of whole baby clams, rinsed and drained (about 6 ounces each)
* 2 cans of cocktail shrimp, rinsed and drained (about 4 ounces each)

Preparation steps:

* Combine half-and-half, potatoes, soup, hash browns, onion, butter, salt and pepper into crockpot; mix well.
* Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
* Add oysters, clams and shrimp; stir gently.
* Cover and cook on low for 30 more minutes.
